The Legend Of Zelda Breath Of The wild

Chapter one: The awakening

"Link…"

Whats that sound…?

"Link…."

There it is again…

"Link! … Open your eyes!"

It was cold when I felt myself coming back to consuious.
I heard water quietly flowing away. I could fell that I was in the water. It wasn’t deep but my skin was cold because of the water. I opened my eyes slowly. They were heavy so I barely could open them. It was dark but I could still see where I was laying. I was laying in a cave. Why were I in a cave?
I didn’t know anythin what happened before. I stood up and touched the cold stone with my bare hands and feet. After looking around I saw a strange stone patern with something in it.
It had some sort of eye that was… crying?
As like it felt my presence, the stone made a click noise and it gave the mysterious pattern in it. After looking at it the voice in my head talked again.

"This is the Sheikah Slate. It will help you in your journey."

Help me in my journey? What do you mean?
I took it and and the stone where the Sheikah Slate was in went back to its normal form.
I then walked up some stairs and entered a hall with some chests in it. After opening them I put on the clothes that were in them. I then saw another podestal and a stone door blocking the way. I walked to the podestal and heard the voice again.

"Hold the Sheikah Slate up to the podestal. That will show you the way"

I did as the voice said and held the Sheikah Slate up to the podestal.
"Authentication. Sheika Slate comfirmed."
After that the door opened with laud cracks and bright light shined trough it. I walked to the door, holding up my hand to cover my face from the light as it touched me. It was a bright light and once again the voice talked to me.

"Link… You are the light¬—our light—that must shine upon Hyrule once again. Now go…"

Right after the voice finshed, the light faded and I could see some trees and grass and a tunnel, that leaded outside. I ran up the stairs and into some water. But I didn’t mind. Then I climbed up a rock to run outide and keep running until I stopped on a cliff. I could see a beautifull morning sky, tall grass, trees all over the land. A volcano, also the shape of something that looked like a building . But I was too far away to be sure. Mountains and cliffs. Ruins of destroyed houses or building  were everywhere. It was like I have been dreaming all that. But it looked to real to be a dream.
I then turned around to my right to keep analyzing my surroundings. There was also some sort of temple. I could easely walk there. But then I saw a black shape and looked closer.
After some seconds the shape walked to a smal campfire. I needed to talk to the figure. Maybe he could explain where I am. Or why Im here. I had so many questions and I wanted to have the answers I needed. I walked in the direction of the figure and on the way there I found some mushrooms and collected them. There were planty of mushrooms, so I kept collectiong them. You never knew if they could get handy.
I also found a stick that looked pretty usefull and took it with me. After some seconds of walking I finally reached the figure.
Now that I was near enough I noticed that it was a old man with a long beard. I looked at the campfire. There was a baked apple so I took it. And with that, the old man talked to me.

"I BEG YOUR PARDON! I do believe that is my baked apple! You cant just go about taking whatever you please!"

My heart jumped as he said that. I wanted to put the apple back as he interrupted me.

"Oho ho! Forgive me—I could not resist pulling your leg. Please help yourself. An apple and an open flame make for a succulent treat. It is a bit strange to see another sould in these parts."

I felt my heart calm down in reliefe as he said that to me. "Who are you?" I asked the old man. He actually seemed surprised to me as I asked that.

"Me? I`ll spare you my life story. I`m just an old fool who has lived here, alone, for quite some time now. What brings a bright-eyed young man like you to a place like this?"

But instead of answering I asked him another question. "Where are we?"

"Answeing a question with a question. That is fair enough. As I cannot imagine our meeting to be a simple coincidence… I shall tell you." I kept listening to him.
"This is the Great Plateau. According to legend, this is the birthplace entire kingdom of Hyrule." He stood up and looked over at the temple I saw before.
"That temple there… Long ago it was the site of many sacred ceremonies. Ever since the decline of the kingdom 100 years ago, it has sat abadoned, in a state of decay." He turned back around to me and kept talking.
"Yet another forgotten entity. A mere ghost of its former self…" After he finished he sat back down to the fire and starred at it. I then looked around again and found a torch behind the old man and took it. I needed to explore that land. The urge to explore overtook me and I ran down a way in the direction of the temple. There was also a small lake and I took a closer look at it. It sure was not a long fall to the lake. But as I took a closer look at it, my feet slipped and I fell down to the lake.
The water was cold and it soaked all of my clothes. I then dived up to the surfess and tooka deep catched for air. Not that is a petty nice way to start my day… I swam out of the water and sat down on a stone and waited until my clothes dried. The sun was wam and made my skin prickle I delight for more of that. It was like I haven`t fellt sunlight for ages or something.   Man.. If I knew that since that day my desteny was settled. Heh.

Later after my clothes were dry I continued exploring. This land was so big and sure had a lot to explore if I kept going further. I noticed that the temple was pretty near now. I made my way to the temple and found an old sword leaning on one of the rocks. I took it and looked around. I once again saw the monster camp and decided to go there.
Aw MAn! It took me a while to finish this since I didnt have that much time! But I hope you like it anyway!!!
